Nexus Defense & Machine Co. is a licensed firearm manufacturer and precision machine shop based in Holland, Pennsylvania. We combine real-world firearms experience, machining capability and practical product development to produce purpose-built solutions for customers, dealers and government agencies.

This is a machining first operation built on real world mechanical understanding how systems function under stress, where they fail, and what it takes to make them hold up. That approach carries through everything produced here, from suppressor performance and gas management to barrel work and complete platform builds.
Suppressor development is a primary focus, with ongoing work centered around flow dynamics, backpressure management, and durability under sustained use. That same level of engineering discipline extends into all other work performed in the shop.
Core experience is centered around AR, AK, and PCC systems, where the majority of development and production work is focused. That same standard is applied across other platforms as well, including modernization, accuracy work, and functional improvements to pistols and specialty builds where the project meets the standard.
A large portion of incoming work involves correcting improperly executed builds. That is not the business model here. The objective is simple—build it right the first time.
