Nexus Defense & Machine Co. is a federally licensed manufacturer specializing in precision machining, firearm builds, and suppressor development.

Nexus Defense & Machine Co. exists for one reason — to do the work right.

A lot of what’s out there looks fine until you actually start using it. Crooked threads, poor fit, parts forced together, shortcuts everywhere. It might function, but it’s not right. That’s the difference.

Everything here is done with a focus on proper fit, clean work, and doing things the way they’re supposed to be done. Not what’s fast, not what’s easy, and definitely not what’s trending. What actually works and holds up. Whether it’s machining, threading a barrel, engraving, or building a rifle, the goal is the same every time — make it right and don’t cut corners.

We focus on AR, AK and PCC platforms. That’s intentional. That’s where where we focus our time and that’s what we know. This isn’t a general gunsmith shop taking in every random job that comes through the door. If it’s outside that scope, it’s either not something we do or it’s handled case by case.

Most of the work we end up seeing is fixing something that should have been done right the first time. That’s what we avoid.

Proper setup, proper tooling, and taking the time to do it correctly from the start.

Nexus Defense operates as a licensed FFL 07 manufacturer and SOT 02. Everything that leaves here is done with that in mind — compliant, properly executed, and built to last. Our philosophy is Do it right or don’t do it.
